Returns

You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders for a full refund based on the following criterion:

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging.
  • All returns will be subject to a $ 30 restocking fee after one week.
  • We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, or is missing the serial number or UPC.
  • You must contact Active Healthcare by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items.
  • Items returned to Active Healthcare or a Physician’s office without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Personal care items are non-returnable.
  • Special order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Returns of defective or incorrect items:

  • Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct shipping address before you ship the products back.
  • All products must be returned within 14 days of the original ship date.
  • We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Returns of eligible unopened items:

  • Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within three business days of receipt/delivery and the correct shipping address before you ship the products back.
  • All products must be returned within 14 days of the original ship/receipt date.

Many of the items that we stock carry manufacturer’s warranties.

We will be happy to coordinate replacement and repair of items during the warranty period.
