Returns
You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more then 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

- Personal care items are non-returnable.
- Special order items are non-returnable unless defective.
If the item(s) you have ordered are defective
Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct shipping address before you ship the products back. All products must be returned within 14 days of the original ship date.
We happily accept returns for non-defective products and/or incorrect shipments, provided that:
- you contact us first to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct shipping address before you ship the products back
- the products are returned within 14 days of the original ship date
- the products are unopened
- the products have not expired.
Many of the items that we stock carry manufacturer’s warranties.
We will be happy to coordinate replacement and repair of items during the warranty period. Please note that all returns may be subject to a 15 % restocking fee.
