Nebulizers
The PARI or Sunset Medical nebulizer you received from your healthcare provider was provided by Active Healthcare.
- Included in the box: Compressor Nebulizer, Medicine Cups / Kits, and Face mask
- If you have any issues with the equipment, do not throw it away, contact our office for troubleshooting and warranty replacement.
- The nebulizer has an automatic 5-year warranty from the date of manufacture.

Spacers
The spacers(s) you received from your healthcare provider was provided by Active Healthcare.
- Spacers – also called holding chambers – are used with MDI inhalers to improve medication delivery
- Spacers are dishwasher safe
- Spacers are not eligible for return
Return Policy
- Unopened nebulizers are eligible for return.
- Call us within three business days of receipt/delivery for a Return Authorization.
- Equipment must be received in our office within 14 days.
- Spacers are not returnable.

- The nebulizer is covered at 100% as long as the patient has full medical coverage.
- Patients are allowed one nebulizer every three years.
- Patients are allowed three spacers in every 12 month period.
- If the patient receives a new nebulizer within the three years it will be considered a private pay purchase.
Tricare and Medicare – Nebulizers are Rent to Purchase
- Nebulizer is required to be processed as a rental over 13 months.
- Equipment cost will depend on your benefits; deductibles and coinsurance apply.
